Computer Science: 4+1 Combined Program, BS/MS Degree Plan
A five-year BS/MS option is available in the Computer Science program. Students in this program will follow the degree requirements for the BS in Computer Science. By the end of the fourth year, students will complete 120 credit hours (114 undergraduate + 6 graduate) and receive their BS degree in Computer Science. They will then complete an additional 24 graduate hours in their fifth year (including summers). After the completion of 144 credit hours (114 undergraduate + 30 graduate), students will receive their MS degree in Computer and Information Science if all other requirements are satisfied. Interested students should meet with their advisor during their junior year.
