PHED 1501 - Concepts of Physical Activity and Wellness The course is designed primarily as an introductory course at the college level to provide the student with scientifically-based knowledge concerning physical fitness activities with concise and factual presentation with regard to the why, how, and what of exercise and physical activity for fitness and wellness.
