PHED 1001 - Physical Education Activity
Instruction and practice in sports and activities which contribute to present and future recreational needs, organic development, and fitness of the student. Instruction in the rules, strategies, social behaviors, and techniques of individual, dual, and team sports, folk, social, and square dancing, swimming and aquatics, conditioning and therapeutic activities, and other games and sports. No more than four hours allowed toward graduation. Laboratory two hours. Fall, spring, summer.
