NURS 4121 - Pharmacology III
Prerequisites: NURS 3083 , NURS 3307 , NURS 3403 , and NURS 3412 .
Evaluate principles of pharmacology, including drug classification, actions, and metabolism. Students will be expected to demonstrate mastery of dosage calculations and employ the nursing process across the lifespan of the client when administering medication. The role of the nurse in safe medication administration and client education is emphasized. Fall, spring.
