NURS 3101 - Introduction to Pharmacology
Prerequisites: Junior standing and admission to the Nursing program.
Introduces principles of pharmacology, including drug classification, actions, and metabolism. Students will be expected to demonstrate mastery of dosage calculations. The role of the nurse in safe medication administration and client education is emphasized. Fall, Spring.
