NURS 3013 - Issues and Trends in Nursing
Prerequisites: Admission to the Nursing program.
Corequisites: NURS 3001 .
This course will address some of the issues that face nurses today, which include professional relationships, technology, patient self-determination, health policy, economic, social, gender, transcultural, and spiritual issues. Ethical and legal perspectives will be explored along with strategies for using influence to address these issues. Fall.
