MUTH 1113 - Theory and Piano Skills for Musical Theatre I

An introduction to the basic musical elements of scales, intervals, harmonic structure and rhythm coupled with sight-reading, ear-training, and basic piano instruction. The course will supply musical theatre majors with basic theory and piano-playing skills in order to play melodies and portions of musical scores which would be encountered in a professional capacity. Fall.
