MAED 4012 - Content Pedagogy in STEM

Prerequisites: Conditional admission to the Educator Preparation Program.
A content design course in which candidates will plan example learning units of study and equitable, culturally responsive opportunities for STEM students, based ontheir understanding of how students learn and develop mathematics and science knowledge, skills, and habits of mind. Candidates will make appropriate connections to math, science, and engineering practices and crosscutting concepts in their instructional planning content area.
