ITEC 3263 - Operations Management I
This foundational course covers the process of managing an industrial enterprise by cultivating a culture of quality, competitiveness, and customer focus through teamwork. Students will be exposed to applications and tools in industry and technology. Topics include the basics of operations management, productivity, reliability, capacity planning for products and services, as well as the designs of work, products, and services, along with fundamentals of quality management.
