ENGR 4883 - Chemical Engineering Proficiency Prerequisites: Senior standing. The FE exam is a measure of graduate’s competency to enter the profession and is a required first step to becoming a licensed professional engineer. This exam covers all aspects of engineering curriculum, including mathematics, engineering probability and statistics, chemistry, computing, ethics and business practices, engineering economics, engineering mechanics (statics and dynamics), strength of materials, material properties, fluid mechanics, electricity and magnetism, and thermodynamics. The course will help the student prepare and pass the FE exam. As needed.
