ENGR 4153 - Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
Prerequisites: ENGR 3023 and ENGR 3003 .
The fundamentals of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems will be covered in this course. The cooling and heating load calculations, psychometric chart, design of HVAC systems, air distribution system, and selection of equipment will be discussed. The ASHRAE standards and related software to the HVAC area will also be introduced in this course.
