CHEG 2053 - Chemical Engineering Fundamentals
Prerequisites: CHEM 1023 .
This course introduces students to foundational concepts in chemical engineering. It prepares the student to formulate and solve material and energy balances on chemical process systems and lays the foundation for subsequent courses in thermodynamics, separation processes, reactor design and process control. It introduces the engineering approach to solving process-related problems. As needed.
