The Special Education Recourse Certificate is a pathway for future teachers that is grounded in the knowledge, skills, and dispositions for teachers in 21st-century schools as their roles change to fit the needs of all students and society. Candidates who pass the licensure exam will be able to add the special education recourse endorsement to their license upon graduation.
