MSCI 2002 - Applied Leadership
Prerequisites: MSCI 1101 .
This course focuses on leadership and decision making. The course adds depth to the candidate’s understanding of the Adaptability Army Learning Area. The outcomes are demonstrated through critical and creative thinking and the ability to apply Troop Leading Procedures (TLP) to explore innovative solutions to problems. The Army profession is also stressed through leadership forums and a leadership self-assessment. Includes a weekly two-hour laboratory facilitated and supervised by Cadre.
