Prerequisites: PLSC 2002 and PLSC 2001. Corequisites: PLSC 4021. An introduction to the basic concepts of plant diseases, their impact on agriculture, and their control focusing on the four major areas of plant pathology: viruses, bacteria, fungi, and nematodes. Lecture two hours. Fall, odd years.
