MGMT 3023 - Organizational Theory and Behavior
Prerequisites: Admission to the College of Business.
A study of organizational theory and human behavior in business organizations. An interdisciplinary analysis of relations of individuals and groups within the organization with special attention paid to management leadership responsibilities. Students are taught to consider the impact of dynamic forces like globalization and technology on the organization. Fall, spring, summer.
