PA 6253 - Civic Engagement in Public Administration This course examines the role of civic engagement as a critical component of effective public administration and governance. Students will explore the mechanisms through which individuals and communities participate in the policy process, from identifying public needs to shaping administrative responses. Topics include the causes of civic inaction, the development of citizen-led initiatives, and the dynamics of advocacy within institutional frameworks. Same as SE 6253 . Alternating summers.
