PA 6133 - Nonprofit Organizations
Introduction to theory and practice of the nonprofit organizations within the United States. Course is designed to introduce students to the historical and theoretical foundations of the nonprofit sector. Current conditions in and challenges for the nonprofit are covered as well as an overview of the ethical, legal, fiduciary, and other areas of importance to the industry. Students will be introduced to social entrepreneurship and future trends of this sector. Spring
