MGMT 6013 - Human Behavior in Organizations
A theoretical and application-based survey of the human factors in organization management. The course gives consideration to the impact of dynamic forces like globalization and technology on the organization. The course utilizes a combination of textbook readings, exercises, and research studies of actual organizations to provide MBA students with a working knowledge of the personal and interpersonal processes involved in the management and leadership of organizations.
