PH 3013 - Issues and Trends in Health Care

Prerequisites: PH 2003 .
This course will address some of the issues facing healthcare professionals, including professional relationships, technology, patient self-determination, health policy, economic, social, gender, transcultural, and spiritual issues. Ethical and legal perspectives will be explored along with strategies for using influence to address these issues.
